Management Trainee
This is for an entry level candidate looking to advance quickly into a business management/operations role.
A candidate hired as a management trainee will be cross-trained in:
business consulting
sales
client relations and customer service
brand strategy
public speaking
territory management
human resources
business development
advertising
finance
business administration
and finally operational management.
As our list of clientele continues to grow in addition to their budgeting, we are currently expanding within the areas we are already in as well as finalizing plans for new areas we are opening in.
Paid Internships
We offer paid internships on a rolling basis and hire paid interns for all seasons all year round. Our requirement is proof of college enrollment (all majors are accepted) as well as a minimum of an 8-week commitment.
A paid internship is an abridged version of our management training program listed above. Cross training will include:

Of course, the longer the internship, the more extensive experience gained will be.
Upon completion of a minimum 8-week internship, every intern leaves with a job offer pending one’s college graduation.
